This version includes no accounts, analytics, cookies or data collection forms. The server error log may contain IP addresses and request details. We use this information to diagnose errors and protect the site. The log is checked daily for rotation and up to 14 rotated copies are kept alongside the current log.
When you email us, your details and message reach our IONOS mailbox. Do not send passwords, keys, payment details or customer records.
We use enquiry and support correspondence to handle and follow up on requests. We delete the correspondence and related personal data 90 days after closing the request if they are no longer needed. If a legal basis or pending court case requires specific records to be kept longer, we retain only what is necessary for the required period.
